Spice House - Tisch reservieren

Well… where do i start. The 1 for food hygiene doesn’t shock me given the service i have received tonight! 2 hours passed after placing the order along with multiple calls to attempt to find out where the food was- we were told 5 minutes… two minutes. To then find out the delivery driver gave out food TO THE WRONG HOUSE. The man on the phone was nothing but rude- telling us we were one of 100+ orders that day so it meant nothing and then hung up. we will never be ordering from here again… disgusted isn’t even the word.

Im quite dissapointed, i havent been for a while and thought i dont want to drive somewhere. The peshwari naan isnt that good, it has very minimal flavour for what a peshwari is. Pretty much 0 sweetness. The poppadoms came a bit stale so not the happiest about that. The curry i got was a pathia which is usually spicy this one was not, not the most flavoursome curry, compared to other curry shops in the area this is not very good. I will not be ordering from here again.

First time ordering. This was amazing! Had the Mixed Meat Thali. Portion sizes were amazing. Quality and flavours were very tasty and perfectly cooked! Really Appreciated the free starter. Really made us feel welcomed as a first time customer. Phone service was perfect! Whole menu looks great so definately will be trying more meals in future. Superb! Thankyou

Meal was 40 minutes late. Driver went to wrong address. Driver rang me to ask where I was customer service none existent won't order from there again have ordered from this restaurant numerous times for same address paid on same card details and they still can't get it right

We have ordered take away from here several times and every time the food and service is top notch. The lamb madras is my particular favourite . Definitely recommend
