This was my third visit and definitely the last. The tearoom is cosy and has a nice atmosphere however both service and food were terrible today! We went to the tea room as part of my mum 's 60th birthday celebrations and ordered 4 traditional and 4 Yorkshire afternoon teas with prosecco. We also asked for pots of tea when the food arrived. The prosecco arrived first and then out came 4 towers of food. We were informed they had clubbed two afternoon teas together per tower the same on each). This made things very difficult as we were planning on sharing a yorkshire and a traditional between two. We spent most of the meal trying to split things evenly and ended up arguing about it! I had a wonderful afternoon celebrating my aunt's 50th birthday. The setting was beautiful and very accessible for wheelchair users. The food was excellent; we enjoyed a delightful mix of traditional, Yorkshire, and vegetarian afternoon tea. Thank you once again for making it a lovely afternoon.
Went on our yearly visit this time on Valentine's day special tea with which we had Prosecco Found it a lot better having more savoury items on the tower and less sweet things ,as always service and food good as expected .as to earlier 1 star rating all the hot air probably dried the bread out
Absolutely amazing. We celebrated our wedding here, marking the first event under the Spiced Pear brand. Everything was exceptional. The staff was wonderful, the venue was beautiful, and we created unforgettable memories.

Lovely afternoon tea with my daughter, a bit of special Mum and Daughter time. Food was delicious and plentiful, Prosecco cold and crisp ! Ambience was great, music delightful and staff very attentive, Thankyou !
Went for cream tea yesterday, it was absolutley divine! The sandwiches and cakes are to die for. Will deffinatley be going again thankyou the spiced pear for a wonderful lunch :
Called here today and were made very welcome and the food was lovely. The only downside was the cakes not so lovely) were all shop bought which was a huge disappointment
This is my second visit, and it was just as delightful as the first. The afternoon tea was truly wonderful.
