This place is truly a hidden gem! While driving through Annandale, we spotted it from the road and couldn’t resist giving it a try. The venue is spacious with a large parking lot, making it quite convenient. The beer selection was impressive, and we loved being able to sample a flight and chat with the staff. We even had a nice conversation with one of the brewers, who shared fascinating insights about the brewery's history and their brewing process. I also tried the root beer, which was one of the best I’ve had in ages. The Speakeasy and Pinkalicious beers were fantastic. Breweries are a special place. Spoiled Grain Brewhouse is a nice setting with plenty of seating in the main area as well as down by the fermenters. Fairly large selection of brews currently offering some good higher abv selections. Overall good beer. That's the cool part of micro breweries! They each have their own flavor and sure, some may prefer one over another, but it's nice to try the various approaches to the different brews. Service is always friendly and helpful. Off sale has a great selection. The wheat wines are a must try!
I'm really glad I decided to stop by this place. They offer some fantastic beers. The speakeasy beer was especially unique; it tasted just like an old fashioned cocktail. I highly recommend getting a flight to sample four different brews—I enjoyed all of them, so you really can’t go wrong. This place is an absolute gem! They have board games, a lot of merchandise, a cozy fireplace, and a weekly trivia night. While they don’t serve food, you can have food delivered and enjoy it on-site. Cheers!
I've traveled all around the country and stopped at many breweries. Spilled Grain ranks as a top 3 more me. They have a beer for everyone. It's a huge space and smells like hops right when you walk in. Large space and great service. Nice heated outdoor seating. Huge fan of the crooked rafter and amber wave. This is the only place I grab drinks in the Annandale area. Would recommend stopping by and making the trip even if you're from the metro. Won't be disappointed.

Loved that they had games. Cards, sequence, Yahtzee, and others. Bartenders were knowledgeable, suggesting what we should order. Sampled a couple different beverages. I ordered an Innuendo which is a passion fruit seltzer. Liked the flavor of that. Also ordered a Beginners Luck. Comparable to a light beer. Also had great flavor. They do have snacks like pretzels and chips.
The atmosphere at this charming small-town brewery is excellent. Both the Kolsch and Pilsner were outstanding, exhibiting a wonderful balance with their subtle malt and grain flavors. Despite it being Sunday, the place was quite busy, and the variety of options available ensured that everyone could find a beverage they liked.
Small, quaint brewery with small-town charm. This is the perfect spot to hang out with a large group if friends in the summer. Grab one of the outdoor picnic tables, order a few beers, and order a pizza for a perfect afternoon. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Great variety of beer styles to satisfy any group. The food truck featured a southern BBQ menu with some incredibly tasty options. The friendly staff worked efficiently to keep the lines moving, so we never experienced a long wait.
