Sprout Plant Based Eatery

I was not that impressed with the quality of food for the price. Sadly. The chickpeas in each dish were very old and El Dente. One of the bowls we ordered was called a Soul Bowl.The Soul bowl was supposed to come with Sunflower Sprouts. There were none. There was hardly any Toasted Yams either. To top it off there also was not enough Kale… and FAR TOO MUCH Purple Cabbage not shredded fine enough, so it was Very chewy! The NAAN bread was extremely leathery too.The food is prepared with too much oil.The GoGreen Smoothie was bland and watered down. Great service, I have allergies that were swiftly addressed by staff. The food was delicious even my non vegan family members found the Ginger ‘Beef’ Bowl yummy! Will visit every time I am in Nelson.Vegetarian options: Never have to question everything is vegetarian/vegan!

Mediocre at best. Sides are small. Staff is checked out and unfriendly. Wrap was a 4 out of 10, maybe a 3. Good if you a vegan but going here isn't going to turn anyone into a vegan with good flavour. Won't return. Nelson pricey.

Such delicious food! We went for lunch here pretty much every day we were in Nelson! Delicious vegan offerings!! We’ll be back next visit. The local kombucha was also amazing!
