I went for lunch and they have amazing food. However, my experience wasn't great when I ordered my food. They gave my order to another person and when I asked about it, the man said he couldn't give me what he didn't have. I asked him to check in the back, but he insisted it wasn't there. Luckily, an elderly couple beside me had my order. The man then gave me their order and said I could take it because it had my name on it. Although he wasn't rude, he was very unprofessional when dealing with customers. The kitchen and staff seemed confused about giving people their orders. It was my first and last time going there. The gluten free menu items such as paninis and pizzas are not safe for those with celiac disease. While they are made with gluten free ingredients, they are cooked on the same equipment as non-gluten free items. This practice is frustrating for those with dietary restrictions. However, the baked goods such as cupcakes and muffins are celiac safe and quite tasty.
The best bakery. Can't beat their organic selection of tasty treats. And that in-house Bakery... Yum!Maurice (the manager) is the best. Makes our bi-weekly trip there a pleasant experience. We grab flour and other pantry items in bulk as their prices are so good.Our go to spot for our home. You gotta go!
I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a dedicated kitchen for gluten-free orders. Food is great and has great products not found in regular grocery stores. If you love silver hills products but want to try some of their other offerings this is the place. Gluten free sweet Hawaiian bread has no equivalent!
This restaurant is amazing! It's great to see such a wide selection of gluten-free products available. They also offer a variety of other specialty breads and grains. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist.
The restaurant offers gluten-free baked goods on the menu and ensures they are stored separately using dedicated tongs. I have never experienced any issues and the food is absolutely delicious!

Sprouted oven is hands down my fav bakery in Abbotsford. The fact that they are plant-based is just icing on the cake! I would highly recommend Sprouted Oven to anyone; vegan or not.
