I was truly impressed by the vegan apple sausage dish; it was bursting with flavor from the sweet ginger glaze, pico de gallo, avocado, and sautéed kale with quinoa. As a vegetarian, I also enjoyed their fantastic acai bowl (I had it with honey, but they can omit it if you prefer). Many of their offerings, like shot drinks, protein plates, and smoothies, can be made vegan, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I also tried the vegan banana bread dessert, and I honestly can't choose a favorite among everything I sampled. I'm definitely a fan of this place now! The restaurant offers an extensive menu filled with numerous healthy options. They also have fantastic vegan choices available. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent recommendations. I’m from the north and really wish we had a place like this where I live! Although the rating system doesn’t allow for 5 stars, I would definitely give them 5 stars!

This healthy restaurant offers a variety of vegan options. The homemade soups are both vegan and delicious. I particularly enjoyed my cauliflower pasta with Beyond Meat Bolognese sauce. Their falafels are outstanding!

I love the impossible burger here. it was juicy and well seasoned. the carnivores I went with, really enjoyed it and said it could happen for real meat. also had a delicious vegan pumpkin soup and some fresh juice.
