The rest of the waitstaff also did a fantastic job—there wasn't a single wrong order, which is impressive! The bartenders were wonderful as well; the drinks were excellent and arrived quickly. The food was delicious and came out promptly, especially considering how large our group was and the freshness of the meals. The set menu for large parties offered a fantastic variety and generous portion sizes at a great price. Overall, the quality was high and very reasonably priced for a three-course meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether you're a couple or part of a large group.
We visited on a busy Monday night, and the service was exceptional. Our meals were delicious, and the atmosphere was lively. The waitress had a trainee with her, and she was very attentive. She noticed that we had ordered kids' meals and asked if we wanted them to be served first. This was a great example of customer service. We left feeling very satisfied.
The food was really good. Everyone loved their steak. I had a vegetarian meal and it was amazing. My hubby had the Prawns and they were great too. My only issue was one of the staff was a little rude. I could see they were very busy and worked off their feet but customer service is important. Always enjoyable. Our biz Christmas dinner three years in a row. Excellent service. Nice surroundings. Meals weren't long despite the varying cooks of steak at our table. The best Squires Loft we’ve been to! The food was absolutely delicious. Especially the scotch fillet, cooked to perfection! The restaurant is very nice too. We were seated in a corner booth which was great for the kids. The staff were very attentive and lovely to deal with. We will be back again!
Came here to try the steak. I had mine medium but should have opted for medium rare because the chefs really know how not to under-cook the meat. Service was good, just a bit noisy on a Friday night.
