The 3-stars is mostly for the ambience, I feel that what we paid for. It was husband’s birthday last weekend so we decided to have dinner here for the 1st time. We wanted a window seat and with couple of mins, we were seated. My husband ordered ORA KING SALMON with SWEET CORN BRÛLÉE and I ordered half rack lamb with french fries. We both wanted our meal well-done. My husband’s salmon was bland, the only thing he enjoyed was the side of sweet corn brulee. My lamb was bland and burnt, such that I could taste the bitterness from being burnt. I’m not sure if well-done equates burntness. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and the service at Sēr was amazing! While I know the seats by the window are first come first serve, the team did a great job ensuring we had a great view. The touch of petals on the table and the champagne toast made this night a memorable one. Thanks Natalie for being a great server on this special occasion. We each had a filet with truffle butter and red chimichurri sauce and they were great with our steaks! What a great filet! Potato puree and Brussels sprouts complimented the meal and we ended with the honey cheesecake desert. We had a great experience and can’t thank the team at Sēr enough!
If you're in search of a good dining experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. This was the worst steak I've ever had at a high-end restaurant—I've had better steaks at Chili's. The seafood tower felt like a complete rip-off. I wouldn't be as disappointed if it hadn’t cost $650 for four people (not including alcohol). If you're staying at the hotel, just stop by for coffee and dessert; those were the only highlights, along with the beautiful skyline view at night. Do yourself a favor and don't make this your main dining destination.
We had an amazing experience this evening celebrating our anniversary. The food was absolutely flawless, featuring excellent steaks and delicious sides. Our server, Hannah, truly elevated our dinner with her outstanding service, embodying what great hospitality is all about. Combined with the lovely atmosphere and stunning views of Dallas, this is undoubtedly one of the best dining spots in the city. Don’t miss out on the greatness of SĒR; you won’t be disappointed!

Not a Michelin star restaurant should have went any where but there. Albenais would have been 10 times better. Service tucked personality suckes manager sicked. I paid 100 for 1 glass of wine, 1 mixed drinks, and a cup of soup that was cold, and my wife got mad at me for pitching. Thank God 7 the 400 for dinner on the premise of a Michelin chef that wasn't there. Don't do it Dallas,many more places that are better. Close you And a Close you tooo
Lost my reservation after a 3hr wait, took over an hour to get food once sat for sub par food, and to top it all off over charged me steak is on the menu for $73 but charged $103. Definitely do not recommend bad food bad service then they overcharge you at the end
I came here to celebrate my birthday during restaurant week and had an absolutely wonderful time. Our server Ben knocked it out of the park with his amazing service. Food presentation was spectacular and tasted even better. Highly recommend.
