I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered two garlic naan breads and one butter naan, but instead received unpleasant rolled-up wheat tortillas. The rice thali, which appeared to be a generous portion in the photo, was actually served in a small salsa container. The three-piece mirchi bajji was disappointing as well. The lemonade was anything but refreshing; it tasted more like saltwater and nearly made me feel nauseous. The rosemilk and badam milk were equally unappetizing. Overall, this was the worst food I have ever encountered. The dishes did not match what was advertised. I spent $50, as shown in the picture, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to...
I decided to give this restaurant another try since I live nearby and haven't tasted their food in years. I ordered the poori and potato curry for takeout. In my opinion, the poori was more akin to bhathura; it didn't have the traditional whole wheat flavor or texture that you expect from poori. The potato bhaji had a bit of spice, and while the overall flavor was decent, it wasn't anything special—it was simply average. Additionally, there seemed to be more onion gravy than potato pieces, and I would have liked to see more potato in the dish. Personally, I didn't think it was worth the $9.99 price, but those with less discerning palates might find it enjoyable.
Update : Compared to my first review 11 months ago the experience has just gone south. This restaurant falls under DO NOT GO List. I am not sure if the management has changed recently,?. There is nothing homely here, and the price is not justified too. ——————— This is my first time order from this restaurant and honestly it tasted super good. Ordered Thali(Lunch), Good Quantity/variety. You get that home food feeling, the spice levels are just perfect. ——————— Update : Once you look at other restaurants in the area this now feels Average.
It is a small restaurant, I have to mention that the baigan bartha and paneer sabji were really good and also the roti was soft. We had the mini thali which is more than sufficient for one person. The rasam and dal were ok not much spice in it. Overall a decent place to eat lunch and pocket friendly too.

Just a quick note: some of the dishes didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the halwa was absolutely delightful and definitely the highlight of our meal! The rice was good, and the paneer dal was fantastic!
I had Maddur vada from Sri’s Kitchen and it was not even in the menu but they made it for a party order and it tasted good. I recommend them to add this to the menu as it can be a star dish! :
The food at this restaurant was flavorful but quite spicy. Even the coconut chutney was spicier than I preferred. I was hoping for something milder, so that was a bit disappointing for me.

3pcs Mirchi Bajji and 6pcs Punugulu (Seasoned Vada Balls) both were over fried and stale. They tasted bitter and didnt look fresh at all. very disappointed.
