Great food, friendly service and excellent wine list. We eat out most weekends and last night we tried St Claudes. This place is a must try for anyone who appreciates good food and wine in an intimate and relaxed venue. The staff are attentive and welcoming, and the menu is diverse and attractive (there’s something for everyone). My partner had the King fish and I had the eye fillet steak. The steak was amazing – best I’ve had in a long time. We also had entrees and desert and each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. I’m looking forward to working our way through the entire menu (and parts of the wine list).
This charming French bistro on Oxford Street near Queen Street is a perfect choice for a special occasion. The starter dishes are priced at a flat rate of $20, while mains are $35. We sampled the cheese soufflé and pork belly for our appetizers, followed by duck and barramundi for our main courses. All the dishes were bursting with flavor and showcased the freshness of the ingredients. The only drawback was that the dishes tended to be a bit on the salty side. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant's interior is both luxurious and cozy.
Absolutely superbe! Fantastic from start to finish. All dishes took me back to France and as well as the cosy bistro atmosphere. The attentive and humble service from Oliver topped it all off. I cannot wait to bring everyone I know here, well those who deserve to experience and will appreciate such a wonderful gem. This place would suit all types and occassions from super romatic dates to business dinners and special occassions. Thank you for a superb evening!
I had a delightful dinner for two. The food was exquisite. The double-baked soufflé made for a fantastic starter, and the duck confit practically melted in my mouth. The homemade vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and almonds for dessert was the perfect finishing touch to the meal.

AMAZING! Beautiful food and lovely very attentive service. Souffle is a must try! They also have very interesting specials on. One of the best restaurants in Sydney by far! Cant' wait to visit again.
