I was in town for a family wedding and decided to grab some lunch. Upon arriving, I noticed they had three handicap parking spots, which was a good sign. However, when I walked up to the counter to read the menu posted above, the staff member didn’t even acknowledge my presence.
A couple of women came in right before us and started chatting with people they knew without even approaching the counter. After we had been standing there for about 5-6 minutes, the middle-aged employee finally came around the counter and informed us, in a rude tone, that if we wanted to order, it would have to be to-go food. There was no explanation given, and then she just turned and went back behind the counter....

The experience was nearly flawless. My mom ordered a sandwich, but they ran out of hummus and didn't inform her, so her sandwich was made without it. She felt too uncomfortable to either ask for a different item or a substitute, and she wouldn't let me speak up for her, so I thought I'd bring it up here. I would have happily given a perfect five-star rating otherwise. I can't recall the exact sandwich she ordered, but she specifically requested it without onion and something else, leaving her with just lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and cucumber. I love this location. I never leave reviews for chains, but this crew deserves it! I moved away from this location a year ago and the staff still remembers me. I know a number of them by name and as customers walk in.. the register folks know them by name!! Of course being in STL this isn?t just another Panera .. it?s truly a St. Louis Bread Co! Kudos to the leadership and staff here! @Panera get this location an award and bonuses for everyone! Let them close for a week to refresh and still pay them! ?

Bread Co locations are renowned for their excellent service and food, and this particular one stands out. The food quality is impressively consistent. Additionally, they are nearing the completion of the road construction out front, which will make accessing the restaurant a lot easier.
The outstanding staff, particularly the manager, went out of their way to guarantee that both the food quality and customer satisfaction were their top priorities. It was clear that the manager and their team were committed and enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional experience.
The staff here are incredibly friendly! Everyone was cheerful and eager to assist me. The moment you step inside, the delicious aroma greets you, and the place is spotless. Tracy at the counter was especially helpful and went above and beyond. This is definitely the spot to visit!
The staff is very friendly and pleasant, but there can be issues with the food. Today, I noticed what appeared to be mold on my bread.

So great! Hot fresh food. Order was modified and they nailed it. Everyone was nice and patient. Did drive through. So easy.
We went through the drive-thru. The speaker could use some improvement. However, the food was delicious.
