Our most recent takeout order of wings was disappointing; some had an unusual flavor that suggested they might be from an older batch of chicken that was not very fresh. I've frequented this establishment multiple times due to its convenient location, but I've found the food quality to be inconsistent compared to their locations in Scarborough and Fairview. My family and I visited the restaurant for their all-you-can-eat wing special. It was me, my cousin who has a teenage child, and our kids. We wanted to share the wings with the children, but we were informed that was not allowed, and we couldn’t take any unfinished wings home either. We considered going to another restaurant, but since we took the bus, it would have been a long walk to the nearest one. Although we probably won’t return, we did enjoy the wings when they finally arrived—they were served nice and hot. The waitress was also very lovely.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The rock music was fantastic, and both the manager and our server were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered us $19 in coupons because they felt we had to wait too long for our meals, though I didn’t think it was a significant delay at all. We acknowledge that a 15% tip may not be very high, especially given the changing tipping culture in Ontario. However, we felt uncomfortable with some of the waitress's comments. Although we recognize she may be new, her response came off as somewhat entitled, even if that wasn't her intention. We truly enjoy this restaurant and plan to return, but we hope our next experience will be more positive.
