We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. They always offer vegan options but when they heard that we were vegans they went out of their way to offer us more variety. At breakfast they personally pointed out all the vegan options (which were plenty) and also offered to prepare additional food for us. For lunch and dinner there were only two vegan mains on the menu and one vegan desert. Since we ate there 4 times, they made sure we get something different for every meal. The food tasted really delicious and was beautifully presented every time. I also really appreciated that they focus on seasonal regional products.
Das Restaurant, sowie das Hotel ist vegan freundlich. Bei der Frühstückstafel gibt es eine größere Auswahl an veganen Speisen (Müsli, verschiedene süße und deftige Aufstriche, Obstsalat, Antipasti, veg. Butter usw Leckere Säfte (auch Muttersäfte). Das Restaurant selbst haut auch auf der Speisekarte von Vor- bis zur Nachspeise immer vegane Optipnen dabei. Alles ist sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter*innen wahnsinnig freundlich. #Veganuary
There was a nice waiter and the food was really good. I mean for a non vegan restaurant this was just amazing! They served the food amazingly, with art decoration (made from some ingredients). I like that they make typical food but in a different way. The flavors are unusual and they use different ingredients. Updated from previous review on 2022-01-22
Essen Service war großartig! Das Restaurant selbst ist auch sehr schön, und es gibt auch einen tollen Außenbereich. Als Veganer werden Sie oft nicht für eine Auswahl verwendet, aber dies ist hier notwendig. Auch toll, wenn Sie mit Non-Vegans reisen, die typische österreichische Küche erwarten.
