Stafelbar - Tisch reservieren

Have been a frequent visitor for many years. The Staffelburger was a hit! Unfortunately this no longer exists. But what seems very questionable to me since this year is the service... Only passively present at the bar, lazy and unfriendly. The food took forever. You stated that you have a shortage of staff but 1 hour for three dishes? The reason was that there were difficulties with a raclette because this wasn't possible and she couldn't find us even though we were standing right at the bar. Frit eye also broken. What's going on Stafelbar? We don't even know you like that.

Unfortunately, the Staffelbar is no longer what it used to be: the staff walks around in dirty clothes, drinks are served in promotional cups, taste stale and are completely overpriced and terrible (e.g. rum punch in an Ovaltine cup, yuck! , the music blasts out of the speakers and is scream rock-heavy and the location itself is practically always dirty and chaotic in setting. A pity.

Always great to stop at the Stafelbar. Cozy atmosphere with a magnificent view of the Mattertal. Alexa's team does a great job, even in freezing temperatures!
