I hunted this pub out as I liked the look of it online and I have to say, it did not disappoint Super friendly bar staff with great chat, quality beers and great prices too. I couldn’t believe my luck that they served Bass Ale as it used to be a favourite of mine many years ago and finding it these days is like hens teeth! Went for a ‘couple’ and ended up staying until closing time as I was having such a laugh. Shame I had an exam the next day oops. It has a fantastic overall ambience and I would like to say a sincere thanks to all for making it such a wonderful evening. A pub for the older crowd. I went in during a Liverpool game and there wasn't much space to move around. Bar staff are very friendly tho.
Great atmosphere at the Irish session playing lunchtime today. Very friendly pub, I brought my dog and people were very kind.
