Went to this doughnut place because my granddaughters requested it. We ordered 6 donuts, a medium smoothie, a large iced latte and a large red velvet milkshake. The plusses: 5 of our six donuts were great. Carrot cake, coconut, biscotti banana and strawberry were all tasty! My granddaughter said her chocolate Nutella donut was dry. The mango smoothie was delicious per my granddaughter, and the ice latte was ok. Def nothing special. The red velvet shake was ok, however the entire reason my granddaughter ordered it was because it was advertised as having a very cute smiling marshmallow on top of the shake. We had a wonderful experience with Joshua at this Stan's location. When I called to ask about the available donuts, he was friendly and patient, providing thorough answers to my questions even though it was almost closing time. When we arrived, he had already prepared the exact donuts we requested, which made everything incredibly quick! Stan's donuts are always delicious, and they lived up to their reputation once again. However, it was Joshua's kindness that really made our visit special – it was the perfect finishing touch!
I visited the drive-thru this morning and had the pleasure of speaking with Dominic. It was a truly enjoyable experience. His customer service skills are exceptional and very professional. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such great service; it seems like most places are a challenge nowadays, but not here. Dominic was incredibly upbeat and had a wonderful attitude. He’s definitely going to achieve great things and deserves a raise! I will definitely be back!
The young man Josh that helped me and my mother was wonderful. He made amazing recommendations, and treated us so wonderfully. Can’t wait to come back to this location! Have loved Stan’s since I worked at the Streeterville location in 2016 it was a brief stint, but I’ll never forget how wonderful the donuts were. Always a must have when I visit the city.

This is by far my favorite stans to visit. It’s always so clean and I just love how everyone greets you when you walk in makes me feel very welcomed. The entire staff is amazing. They all work well under pressure and most definitely makes my day with a mocha latte.
The chocolate cake and apple fritter are both outstanding. However, I think the pistachio flavor doesn't quite match the rave reviews it's received. I strongly recommend pairing the chocolate cake with an iced latte—you won't regret it!
Honestly it was super cute and the staff was nice but they didn’t have many kinds of donuts to choose from I got the carrot cake and I got my mom a chocolate peanut butter one honestly didn’t taste to fresh and not worth $4 a piece
There was a slight wait when we stopped. We had to wait about 15 minutes for an attendant to come back to the counter. The drinks were very good and well made. The outside and inside of the store were also nice and clean.

Never have enough of the vegan options, sold out on numerous occasions. The city locations often are far better stocked.
I had a delightful carrot cake donut and an excellent latte. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience!
