I have to say, this girl Rayna truly made my evening! She crafted the most delicious Java Chip Frappuccino I've ever tasted! I was literally bouncing around the restaurant while enjoying her amazing creation. I'm not sure what she did differently from the ten other Starbucks locations where I've ordered the same drink, but I really don't want to find out. All I know is I'll definitely be returning for more. Thank you, Rayna! Service: Dine-in.
I visited Starbucks this morning and ordered my usual 8-year-old Latte, haha! I asked the young girl behind the counter, Hannah, for some suggestions. I was really impressed by how she took the time to help me customize something for my daughter! The staff was great, the place was very clean, and they were quick.
Staff are friendly and attentive but the store is completely dirty and disorganized. The restrooms are completely disgusting, unusable. The manager, Meghan, is incredibly positive and engaging, making the experience so enjoyable! I ordered takeout and the meal was great. The price per person was very reasonable at $1–10. I would rate the service a perfect 5!
This is literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. Service is horrible, they got my order wrong twice and even when they’re not busy they take a gazillion trillion years to make a drink. Never again
The employees at this Starbucks location are outstanding at making drinks—they're truly delicious and packed with flavor. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 stars!
