I wanted to get a few drinks for me, my mother her hair stylist while I wait for my mother to make her hair on the street and was very happy with my visit to this location. The nice guy who takes my order was helpful, because I hardly ever go to Starbucks and he told me to just trust him and he would make me a great drink. Sure to say that he wasn't lying, I don't know exactly what was in it, but I guess next time I'm in the area, I have to stop hoping he remembers me! All others also work as sweet as well!
Rarely frequent this particular Starbucks, but when I 'm in the neighborhood, it 's the one I prefer. Staff is always pleasant, coffee always the way I ordered it. When they are unable to fill an order because they are out of something, their apology feels genuine and sincere. It 's NEVER just uh sorry 'bout that.
You were super busy this morning really behind BUT the staff was great! Everybody worked hard to get all orders out. Even if they talked to customers, they were kind to continue working. Amazing customer service!
I ordered a dark roast coffee late the day and they brewed a fresh pot for me. Most locations would not replace Pike. I want them to know how much I appreciate the extra effort, even if it took time.
