I had a very disappointing experience at this location, which I ordered from through my app. Despite its convenient spot on Sunrise Highway, the staff was incredibly rude and disorganized. I placed an order for four drinks and arrived about fifteen minutes later to pick them up. They first handed me two drinks, then served two other customers before giving me the third drink, and only after that did they finally prepare my last drink. Altogether, I spent nearly thirty-five minutes waiting. When I asked the young man why they didn’t complete one order at a time, he had an attitude about it. I would much rather drive an extra fifteen minutes to Merrick or stick with my regular location in Gard...
Served me hot chocolate with spoiled milk today. I went back after I got home to get the 4 hot chocolate drinks made over; again the milk was spoiled. I told them to throw out the milk and make a fresh batch. This was 8 drinks wasted. They got it right on the 3rd round of 4 hot chocolate drinks. They also had to replace a sandwich that was made incorrectly. After waiting there for over 15 min, I told them I was still waiting. They told me it was in the oven. After an additional 15 to 20 min, I asked for the sandwich again. One of the girls had a nasty attitude with me and told me she already called my name. Their customer service is awful.
Employees are rude, will make you wait and won't care about you waiting on top of that they will continue their personal conversation with their friend while you wait. I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I waited at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes while my order was ready, but the employees were just chatting with each other. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I won't be coming back here again. Service: Takeout Food: 1/5

This is a fantastic restaurant! The service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. Highly recommended!
