I went in through drive through today, got a passion tea and it?s always great but today it tasted a bit different a little old/stale I went back around and they were so kind to remake it they said they had brewed a whole new tea since they have it in dispensers they?re always super busy so it?s probably easy to loose track of the small stuff but the gal in drive thru was so sweet! She even asked me to try it before I went and I compared the old with the new and huge difference I gave her the old one and she was kind enough to toss it for me so I can make room in my drink holders in my car. Thank you for the remake guys, I appreciate it you guys are great :
I went to pick up my order for my work and me, but when I checked the to-go bag, there was an empty bag placed inside with all the other orders. My food was missing. I called the restaurant to inform them about the mistake, and they gave me the option to come back and get my order, receive a refund, or have it remade later. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto me by mentioning that the food was left on the counter for me, even though everything else was placed in a large brown bag. Two employees even suggested that it was my fault. I requested for a fresh order to be made, but they ended up reheating it, making it taste stale.
Everyone here is wonderful, the remodel looks great as well. However, they'd added a coded locked bathroom, and this forces customers to ask to use the restroom.As someone who studies here for hours on end, having to ask food workers to walk me to the restroom several times is deeply intrusive and uncomfortable. This fact is singlehandedly making me frequent other locations, where employees aren't on a need to know basis of my restroom habits.
I come into this location as a vet tech almost every morning when I work and they make my drink the best I?ve ever had it at any location. Lauryn is kind and today when I ordered something (my fault. I didn?t like, she replaced it and was so polite about it. Thanks for making my morning every day before my long shifts it means a lot ????

Having worked in the food industry for 10 years, I observed the Starbucks crew for about 5 minutes. I was amazed to see so many genuine smiles from the employees, who never stopped working even when there were no guests at the register. The culture at this restaurant is top-notch and it is reflected in the quality of their work.
It is difficult to enjoy this place when online orders and drive-thru customers are given priority over those dining in-house. It was clear that walk-in customers were not considered important. The drinks and food were satisfactory, but it did not make up for the poor service and the messy lobby and seating area.
even if they buy something, they do not give them the bathroom code. they use the code for them, so they can't just go if they want. I needed a place to be just a few hours while my car was repaired. I thought it was good for it. I guess not.
if they want their coffee to be done wrong and wait about 20 minutes. this is the place for them. I would definitely recommend this place unless they are one of these strange ones who desire good service.

they were very fast good service and very clean on the inside I loved the dieucks that probably one of my top three favorites will go to be honest with them.
I'm just getting hot black tea here, but it's great. the workers always smile and it is a nice atmosphere to visit with friends.
