The one that just opened in Mt Sinai is much better. This one runs out of things, rarely has food items, seems to run out of the flavors that are seasonal which the other one down the road doesnt seem to run out. The food doesn't seem as fresh as the one down the road, and it is typically very slow whether on the pre order line or the normal line. This am I went through, ordered my coffee mobile but then needed to add croissant. The girl asked me to put it through app and it was saying “sold out”, so I went to window, was greeted with a big smile and handed the croissant and hot coffee. The whole interaction was really nice and the food was good and hot. Meant to tip but didn’t have cash. Thank you!
Hannah working today at the drive thru window needs an attitude adjustment. It’s not our fault that you didn’t get to do your laundry have nothing to wear. The cubby girl with short hair is very unprofessional . She messed up my drink then made a new drink and completely messed up. SMH. Not satisfied at all!!! So happy that this is my local Starbucks. The separate drive thru for mobile orders is so convenient and the staff is amazing. The staff at this location is exceptional—efficiency and professionalism are paired with a friendly demeanor and a wonderful sense of humor. I've recently started visiting this new spot, and I believe everyone on the team deserves a promotion and a raise.
This Starbucks is fantastic, and the baristas are wonderful. I've had a poor drink on occasion, but if you let them know, they'll remake it for you immediately. The drive-thru lines are also quick, especially with the addition of a mobile order lane.
