Went in store to grab a coffee. Relatively quiet inside but had to wait to even be acknowledged at the till. Was then told I'll be with you shortly. They seem to prioritise drive thru. Ordered a medium drink and was taken aback by the price. Similar price to what I paid in the airport over the summer when you expect prices to be higher. Will not be visiting again.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon at 15:35, appeared very quiet until we entered. Large queues of customers waiting for their orders. Have been here over half an hour still waiting for our order. Still 15 customers in front of us waiting for orders. Staff seem to have no idea what they are doing. Drive through waiting time is 19 minutes! What a farce. Never again.
Been a while since I have been here, since they changed the furniture. Looks like an IKEA store. Waited for my Latte a friend of the barista, placed an order (without paying). Made her coffee straight away. Then waited for my Soy Lattes, only for it to be watered down 3/4 full…at these prices. Disgraceful ! It use to have great coffee here. Avoid.
i too have received a £60.00 (if you pay within 28 days) parking fine for visiting starbucks at Buckshaw Chorley needless to say i will not be visiting again It is absolutley ridiculous with so much going on in the world atm and starbucks decide it is a good time to penalize its customers Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Legit the slowest Starbucks in the history of the world, everytime we go to this one it’s painfullyyyyy slow, Staff are rude as too. You could be waiting at the drive thru window for ages before hearing from anyone. Just drive down the road to the one near b&q way quicker
Arrived at 6.15 and all the tables near the windows with easy chairs were turned up, so the only seats available were in the middle of the shop. It seems that this branch of Starbucks doesn't want customers! It was not due to close till 8pm
Sat in the drive thru for 25min waiting for 2 coffees, slowest fast food outlet in Lancashire. 2 baristas on that are clearly out of there depth. Someone needs to get a grip off this place before it’s to late to live off its name.
I 'm all for treating my daughter to a 'milkshake ' but when I queue for almost half an hour to get a iced tea costing enough to buy the franchise, it tells me to avoid. Their coffee isn 't as nice as Costa anyway! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff are so rude, abrupt and lack basic customer service. Won't be bothering again Costa on Buckshaw will get my business from now on.
