However, on Presidents' Day Monday, I ordered two drinks. The first one arrived promptly, but when I realized I was only given one, I approached the staff to let them know. Usually five starts, but not today (Thursday, April 7, 2022, 6pm). I ordered Latte, decaf, skim milk. When the attendant asked me for my name, I gave it to her and told her she could have it, as I didn 't like it. Quite obviously, trying to be nicewith a cheesy joke. I also said that I was rather picky, since I was asking for two splendas, decaf, etc. Again, trying to benice. The attendant, a Latina of about 21 years of age (with the mind of a pre teen apparently), seemingly got upset and didnot put my name on the cup or on the screen. Wonderful experience. I ordered 2 different coffees, barista heard something else and made the order wrong, but as soon as he came to know he without any argument he made me the right coffee. He was very sweet and polite unlike the baristas we see in NYC area. It was a busy day but they made sure that since I came early I should get the order first. It's situated at a very convenient location, with parking space.
The staff is always friendly, and the service is generally fast. However, I frequently order a strawberry refresher with water, and it tends to be too diluted for my liking, which is my only issue. Other than that, I haven't had any other problems!

Order a large coffee and only receive 3/4 of a cup. Why am I paying 7 dollars for a drink and I only get 3/4 of a drink. I know you guys are busy but don’t charge 7 dollars for a drink if you can’t give me a full order.The top is all bubbles.
The staff here is very friendly, and I’ve never had any problems with the drinks I've ordered. I mainly use the app, which makes the whole experience really convenient.
Matt and Madison treated my daughter and I so well at this Starbucks store. Their hospitality and customer service was awesome! I highly recommend this Starbucks store!
