The staff at the Starbucks in Brusly/Port Allen are truly exceptional. Even when the line stretches close to the service road, they managed to prepare my complicated coffee order with a smile. They always greet me by name and seem genuinely happy to be at work. A big shout-out to the morning team – they're outstanding!
I'm not a coffee drinker. But my big boy loves the caramel ribbon crunch w/ extra caramel and whip. Plus he has to have his 2 cake pops. Everything was delightful, and they were friendly, and the visit was pleasant. We will return.
I really enjoy this location on the Westside, but I can only give it three stars due to its limited hours. Most Starbucks in the area stay open later than 6:30 PM, so I'm not sure why this one closes so early.

I ordered 3 times here, it’s the worst, Starbucks should do some quality checks on its branches, it’s the Starbucks brand’s that people trust,
The acai and berry tea was delightful, and the English muffin with egg white and turkey bacon was equally tasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of space to work or relax, one of the better Starbucks I've been to.
