I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up about 10 minutes later. After waiting an additional 7 to 10 minutes, I asked the staff if I was at the correct location, and they confirmed that I was and assured me my order would be ready shortly. However, it took another 7 to 10 minutes before they gave me one part of my order. I then had to wait again, and when I inquired about my second order, they claimed they only saw one. I explained that it was all part of the same order, not two separate ones, and tried to show them my receipt. The staff told me they would look it up instead, and this took another 5 minutes. I've been visiting this location for a couple of years now, and it always seems to be out of items. It's a busy spot, with a minimum 20-minute wait in the drive-thru. Last Thursday, I went through the drive-thru, and they were completely out of plastic cups. As a result, the manager, David, and another staff member, Kayla, refused to make our cold drinks after we had already waited in line. I asked if they could serve the drinks in hot cups, but they said no. I suggested using their trenta plastic cups, and again, the answer was no. I even offered to buy a reusable vente cup to pour the drinks into, but they were out of those as well. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. I even off...
I ordered two hot Americanos and requested one with Splenda and cream. When I got home, I realized they didn't include the cream or the Splenda, and I was charged $9.70.
