The Java chip Frappuccino is always my favorite. My daughter usually likes to get a Frappuccino that?s fancy and has all kinds of different things on it. And is the latest sensation on the Internet. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. I know Frappuccino?s is one of the most difficult things for them to make. But I?ve never had a problem. The store always clean the staff is friendly and the seating area is organized and clean as well. I do recommend this Starbucks. I know they?re working hard and it can be difficult with some of the customers but they?re trying.
Got told off by employee for reaching across the counter to get a cup sleeve for my venti ice coffee this morning. I only started going to this location 3 days ago. I asked for a cup sleeve 3 days ago and was told where it was on the counter, so I took one for the past 3 days, but apparently if you need anything on the counter you need to ask that it be handed to you. Very disappointed in how they handled this. I don't appreciate being told off in front of other people
August 2022: Grabbed a coffee ? and an oatmeal to go. Workers were really working hard as the place was super busy with drive thru, mobile orders and walk ins (like myself). Lady who served me was doing a good job hustling with customers and making the oatmeal and hot food orders. Overall, a big thanks for making my breakfast quickly and for the friendly service!
My orders are ready quickly and accurately. The staff is friendly and helpful.
