I got a iced chai with cold foam, and whoever the barista was working that day was on point ? I took one sip and ascended. I'm a student and there's literally nothing better than getting a drink that's not watered down and you can enjoy before going to study. I wish there was some way I could leave a survey of the order directly, but to the barista thanks for the delicious drink, I hope your pillow is always cold and your week is awesome
I really appreciate how quickly my drinks are prepared and delivered with a friendly touch. During the Fall, I enjoy their blonde roast coffee, and in the summer, I often opt for an iced latte with a pump of caramel. The app for online ordering is straightforward and convenient, and my drink is always ready when I arrive for pickup. The staff inside and at the drive-thru are consistently kind. Don't forget to tip your barista!
Came in this morning to get tea for my wife and coffee for myself. My wife?s came out fast, I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. The employees kept telling me it will be up soon, even while other employees were standing around. I got tired of waiting and ended up leaving without my order because I had my wife and 1 year old in the car. So you?re Welcome for my apparent donation.
I'm not sure what drink recipe they're using, but it definitely isn't like the other Starbucks locations. The drinks are disappointing. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here (and it will be my last), as the drink tasted terrible and was nothing like what I ordered at a different Starbucks. This location has went downhill fast. I'm a customer that's here same time everyday ordering the same exact drink. Here recently over the last 2 weeks everyday my drinks are horrible. Never made right anymore. It's so puzzling because I used to never have an issue with this location that's why I keep coming back hoping for change but I don't see that happening
I ordered extra Carmel and ribbon crunch. It was not extra there was barely any on there and this is not the first time they have done it? when u ask for EXTRA they don?t apply? then I called the manager, and she says ?it?s probably on the bottom the worker just confirmed it?s on the bottom? why would I call if it was on the bottom??????????? CLEARLY NOT EXTRA
My order took an incredibly long time to arrive. While most of the staff were friendly, the woman handling my order seemed deliberately slow, and I got the impression that she didn’t want to sell me a box of coffee.
