The staff at this Starbucks were incredibly disrespectful and rude. They informed me several times that they had run out of ice and completely messed up my order. Their attitudes in the morning were terrible; it's as if they were trying to silence me and rush me out the door. I cannot recommend this Starbucks at all—it's the worst I've ever visited.
Every time I order an iced caramel macchiato, I notice that there’s no caramel drizzle at the bottom. Even when I ask for it and pay an extra dollar, they tend to add way too much caramel syrup instead. This location just isn’t worth the trouble of having to constantly ask them to correct my drink.
This is a great spot to get some work done. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and has a nice vibe. They also offer a drive-thru. The place is very clean, and there's a lovely outdoor patio. Both the indoor and outdoor areas feature long tables, making it convenient for groups.
I’m not sure why I keep returning to this place. I've been here at least ten times, and they still can’t get a single drink right—even after they try to remake it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a great Starbucks location in Pomona. The staff are friendly and well-trained. It’s also convenient that they're open late, until 11 PM.
Mack was great. Remembered what I ordered last time and offered some kind words. So yea, more of that. Good location
