We had a wonderful time at the Embassy Suites Berkeley Heights. It was quiet, clean, and very accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and swimming in the pool. I was with my family and young son and really did appreciate how quiet and comfortable the rooms were. It 's also nice to have a large (and free! parking area. We only stayed for 1 night, but if I ever find myself back in that area I would definitely return. There were amenities that we did not use (gym, restaurant, bar...etc but only due to lack of time. I had to hit the road so she packed me up in a to go container. So nice of her. We had a nice chat while she cooked. Liked the bartender on friday May 18th also. Made a nice fruity alcohol bevvie for me and hubby . We stay Embassy suites most everywhere we go so i took away half a star because of the pitiful basically non existent managers reception. What? No crudites no popcorn no cheese and crackers no homemade potato chips no homemade dip? No pita and hummus? No fruit? We have stayed all over and had any combinatiom of these...

- No maid service during one of our three-night stay

Terrible service and horrible attitudes?. I placed a mobile order for 2 cake pops. After 30mins of waiting I politely inquired, in return the two employees were very nasty and told me all I had to do is ask for it? I replied back that I?ve never heard ofsuch a thing and the two employees than became argumentative. So my guess is the HUGE mobile pick up order sign does not applyat this location!!! Nor does respectful customer communication! Than to make matters worst, after I exit the restaurant theemployees tried to antagonize me from the window.

The Starbucks is in a great location and have a lot of spaces inside and outside. But the services is poor. There’s always bugs inside the food pantry on the front and employees are always eating or drinking while customers Waite on line. The drinks come out way different than other Starbucks, they barely put any effort to make it to Starbucks standard. Not going back anymore
The customer service here is beyond magnificent. The workers treat every customer with kindness and make it their duty to make sure their order is correct. The store is also very clean and well kept which is a big plus. I would highly recommend thislocation and will be visiting back soon!
This was one of the best Embassy Suites we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was lovely, and the rooms were spotlessly clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel. The beds were really comfortable, and if I find myself in the area again, this will be my choice for accommodation.
Came here in the morning around 8am. There were only 2 people working and service was sooo slow. The guy was nice but incredibly slow. I was waiting in line for around 25 min and I was in the front. I recommend mobile ordering so you don't have to wait.Food: 3/5

Coffee is always amazing. These stores definitely need more Baristas so you're not waiting 10mins for a Coffee and the prices are high so getting Starbucks is more of a treat than a daily thing.Food: 4/5
