I absolutely love Starbucks Bakerview! It has provided a sense of normalcy during the pandemic. A huge thank you to the Bakerview staff for your commitment to serving customers. As of today, June 5, 2021, individuals who are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask, following CDC guidelines. The lobby is open, with a maximum capacity of 36 people. The restrooms are available, and the outdoor deck is also open, with some coverage for rain, but no heating. To avoid waiting, I recommend using the app to place your order ahead of time or checking the website for peak hours.
I used the drive-thru at this location, and I had a great experience. The barista who took my order was knowledgeable and very helpful. Despite having six cars ahead of me, the line moved quickly. When I reached the pickup window, the barista asked me about my day and if I had any plans for the weekend. My drink and food were handed to me while they continued the conversation. Overall, it was a positive experience.
They serve coffee quite well, and what stands out the most is their ability to engage with you, even at the drive-thru, which always puts a smile on your face! Other drive-thru businesses should take note. They simply ask a few open-ended questions, which makes all the difference. You can't just respond with a 'yes' or 'no.' Engaging with customers is definitely Starbucks' winning strategy in the drive-thru scene.

I order the same drink every day, but it tastes different each time. The Starbucks in the Fred Meyer next door consistently prepares better drinks.
Friendly and efficient baristas. There is plenty of table spots to sit/work. The drive-thru can get backed up at times. Inside space was clean.
I won a 90-day Starbucks challenge and just completed day 43—I'm almost halfway through! I'm really enjoying it and having a great time.
