A pretty average Starbucks, only downside was the lack of internet. This Starbucks is attached to a hotel but is in the heart of Evansville downtown. I go almost always when heading to work. They have seating and normally it's pretty calm and a good place to study. I'm a very autistic person who is sensitive to noise and I've only found issues with this location during busy morning rush. But as long as you have data and a hotspot for your computer your good. I personally love Starbucks. This review is negatively impacted by the current union strike. It's greatly impacted the level of customer service, atmosphere and even drink content. The environment was just very dull and sad. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: Not the best for nut or dairy allergies. Visited the Starbucks today for a typical morning break pick me up! Unfortunately, I will NOT visit this particular location again. I saw an employee lick her finger three times after getting syrup on a coffee lid. I politely asked the employee was she going to wash her hands. You could tell after I asked that she immediately had an attitude and commenced to pull out a hand sanitizer wipe which does NOT equate to washing hands in that manner.
Hit or Miss! I've tried about 10 times. Definitely don't go here on Sunday, there's a particular guy that makes drinks taste so weird not at all good ! I've tried different combinations to fix this with no success. If he's not there they've been good, but for $11 drinks they should be good every time.... I'm also not sure why dogs are allowed in an eating establishment?

I truly appreciate the staff at this establishment; they are exceptionally friendly and attentive, genuinely committed to delivering outstanding service. This has become the only Starbucks I prefer to visit, as the ambiance is delightful and welcoming. Just be sure to arrive early, as it tends to get quite busy during the day!

This Starbucks was slammed due to a convention in town. They were very patient and effective with the service. I was very pleased with the order. They deserve a shout out.Food: 5/5
I ordered two Venti-sized iced lattes for my husband and me, and we both faced some problems afterward. Also, I noticed that the prices were quite steep for a downtown location.
