The recent renovation seems to have made the restaurant less welcoming. The seating area is extremely tight and crowded, making it hard to have a conversation as you're almost sitting on top of the table next to you. The tables are also very small, and the selection of baked goods is disappointingly limited. The wait time is excessively long. There seems to be a lack of organization, with staff struggling to prioritize between customers dining in, pick-up orders, and the drive-thru. The person taking my order communicated in little more than one-word responses and grunts. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Extremely slow service. I placed a mobile order and was fine with the estimated time being 15 minutes late. However, when I arrived at the store, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for just one drink! They really need to either hire more staff or stop accepting orders until they can actually provide the service they promise. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have an hour to spare for a single coffee.
Painfully slow this location. 40 minutes to get americano is too long. Seemed to be adequate amount of staff on but when some are on their phones and chit chatting socially it’s not surprising. Seemed some don’t understand the meaning of teamwork. Rant over.
Messed up a simple cappuccino a few times. Ended up with a lattes. Disappointing when you have to wait anywhere from 10-30 mins for a drink. They've always fixed their mistake with a smile so I keep giving them another try but could be better Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was lacking; there was no greeting, no "good morning," and no "thank you for coming in." I recommend visiting Second Cup at Parkwood to experience much better service.
Food and drinks are great if they can get the mix right. I live in College Heights and drive to Pine Center. It's not worth my time to go to this location close to where I live
Terrible, weak coffee. I could excuse it once as a mistake, but having it be the same on two consecutive visits? That’s unacceptable. I recommend steering clear of this place.
