Where do I start. I called to inquire about my gift card and the employee picked up the phone saying ?If this is the lady calling about the red cups PLEASE STOP? and hung up on me. When I called back and told her this is my first time calling the location she did not apologize and maintained an attitude so I didn?t continue the conversation. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I understand she may have been frustrated from another customer but blaming her attitude on ?calls coming from a Toronto number? is nonsensical. I never would have expected this from a Starbucks, let alone in Bradford where service is generally great.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I received my drink, it felt very light. When I mentioned this to the employee, they stared blankly at me for a long time before explaining that they had filled it 3/4 and added whipped cream on top. I did not request this and believe that the drink should have been filled to the top with whipped cream added on top if it was supposed to come with it. Regardless, for $7, I expected to receive a full cup of what I ordered.
One of the slowest services I've ever experienced, especially in the morning. The he/she was making drinks when there were other people to do it and took a long time for them to go to the cash. They need to do better or find someone quick. I don't have time and not many people do in the morning. They need to speed up.. worst place ever. Go to the other location instead!
The service at this restaurant was terrible! I ordered a large green tea lemonade and discovered black floaties in the drinks. It was not only gross, but we were also told to wait 5-7 minutes for our drinks. This is unacceptable. The cleanliness standards should be checked before serving drinks. I frequently visit Starbucks to get work done, and this location is one of the best for that. It's typically peaceful with plenty of tables available. My favorite spot is the bench by the window, which is at the perfect height and has power outlets underneath for charging your laptop or phone. And the coffee isn't too bad either!
The coffee did not meet expectations. It was very cold and spilled all over the cup. It was not worth the price. I should have taken a picture and posted it, but I didn't want to go that far. At the very least, they should be more careful because the brand is important to me. Maybe next time.
The service at this restaurant is always incredible! Today, they exceeded expectations by promptly correcting a mistake in our order that we had made. Starbucks is unmatched in terms of fast food service (and their app), and this particular location is one of the best in its category.
I used to love this location right by my house but the new employees are rude and only want to hang out rather than greet a customer. I don't have a very happylife so something g as simple as a smile and a present hello goes a long way. Or at least return a smile.. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I am sorry to see such poor service at this Starbucks location. Twice in a row, on two different days, I ordered my latte inside the store with no people in the line-up, and they forgot about my order. Twice in a row!
