Asked for warm milk, stated it was for my 3 year old. When they hand it to me I could barely hold the cup it was so hot. I tasted it and it burnt my mouth so bad I got blisters. I also ordered a brown sugar oat milk latte ... It's the only thing I have ordered for years. The person who took my order said there was only a brown sugar shaken espresso she could make hot. And didn't make what I ordered. They rushed us but had no rush when making us wait for our order at the window with a line of cars behind us.
This place used to be my favorite, but I have to update my review. The drive-thru was incredibly slow, and they messed up my drinks. It felt ridiculous how long it took. I also have to mention that the caramel frappe tastes terrible without the base flavor. Now, an hour later, I'm still feeling frustrated. There were five people behind the counter, yet nothing was being done. It was like I was in a comedy of errors. However, I did have a positive experience with Chloe—ask her to make your drink if you go!
Although the drinks were okay, I waited for almost an hour to get my drinks. The help was trying to keep up but were extremely overwhelmed and there was no manager around to help. This Starbucks is ran poorly and needs new management.
I recently visited the Dollar Tree next to Starbucks, but I have to say that I really appreciate Starbucks as a great spot for hot chocolate and coffee drinks!

Tastes good but there was so much ice in my Grande cup I only had four drinks and it was gone....guess I gotta ask for less ice.
Got a coffee today and it was full of rotten chunks. Payed 6 bucks for chunky coffee that made me feel sick.
Very snotty. Coffee took forever and most of the staff was just standing around. The building was dirty.
The coffee was burned and the person who served us wasn't very friendly, unfortunately.
