Second time we've been. Thought the first time was poor but everyone deserves a second chance. What a nightmare. Full of college, school kids who weren't even eating or drinking and weren't challenged by staff even though the cafe was full! The acoustics are terrible. So noisy. Plastic knives to cut a hot panini not easy. Unless you like going to a cafe where you can't hear yourself think, avoid this one.
While strolling through Aberystwyth early in the morning with my wife, we stumbled upon Starbucks on Great Darkgate Street, one of the few establishments open at that hour. I enjoyed a delicious café latte, while my wife opted for tea to accompany our breakfast, which helped us start the day off right. The friendly local Welsh service allowed us to practice the few words of Welsh we knew. Thank you.
About time we see this great, sociable cafe enter the town!! It offers a relaxing comfortable setting, you feel like you could sit there and enjoy your coffee for most of the day! No complaints.. Great to offer wifi, student friendly and bring a lease of life to the top of town!
This Starbucks is in a handy spot on the the top of town near Dark Gate. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I really like their porridge. Also Starbucks now has a mushroom risotto which is tasty and could be a treat in cold weather. Nice vibe. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a lovely Starbucks because it is actually really spacious. I think the nature of where it is, means that it usually isn't too full unlike some other Starbucks which makes it a much nicer experience.
Stopped off here whilst walking down to the castle. Yum yum yum to their caramel latte. It was really tidy in the Starbucks and a relaxed atmosphere. Also the staff were friendly!

Clean, cool, friendly staff, nice coffee teas. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Try the peach and citrus green tea, very refreshing.
