I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, the staff didn’t greet me or say a word; they just stood there waiting for me to place my order. They looked at me strangely when I mentioned that my drink tasted watered down and asked if they could add more açaí, as if it was too much trouble. To make matters worse, I was the only customer there at the time. This is why I prefer going to actual Starbucks locations, where the employees tend to be friendlier. As a former barista, I understand how challenging some customers can be, but I was polite and even apologized during the interaction.
I recently visited this location during the holiday season and placed my order. It wasn’t until I got to my car that I noticed my cup had a message saying "you matter." It was such a thoughtful little gesture that truly makes a difference. You never know what someone might be going through, and this person took a moment to remind me that I truly matter. I love Target, and I absolutely adore Starbucks—this is definitely one of my favorite locations!
I ordered a white chocolate mocha with whole milk, but I received just a whole milk steamer instead. It seemed like the person at the counter was unsure of what they were doing.
The bartender at this place was incredibly friendly and wrote a song suggestion on my cup. I didn’t see it until I got to my car, and it definitely brought a smile to my face. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant was fantastic and impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and professional, treating everyone with kindness. The prices were reasonable for the area.
I waited in line for 10 minutes only for the employee to inform me that the person ahead of me was the last customer. Service: 1/5.
