Today was my worst experience at the Oceanside Blvd Starbucks! I ordered my drink, but another customer ended up holding onto it while waiting for their other drinks to be completed. When that customer received their drinks, they put my drink down. I requested for it to be remade, but I was met with a rude response from one of the Starbucks employees who claimed that they hadn't drunk out of it. I observed them closely, and it was not reassuring. They refused to make me a new one, stating that they were busy making drinks and not watching customers. They lack of attention to the clients.1st. Not being line I had to wait more than 5 min to be attended.2nd. I ordered a Tall Caramel Machiato, an Oatmeal plus a Glazed donut warmed.They never called me when my order was ready, I had to go and check between the orders for mine.3rd. Coffe was cold, oatmeal was cold, and Donut was cold.But they are having fun just chatting like at home.No wonder why people dont feel attracted to come and sit to enjoy their coffee/food even they count with a nice big room with lots of chairs tabkes, etc.,is empty.!
This restaurant has the worst staff members ever! They have an entitlement complex and are rude and self-righteous. Avoid this Starbucks location at all costs. The management needs to reevaluate and make some changes because these employees are giving the entire company a bad reputation.
Their mobile order pick up in the morning is absolute chaos and if you’re looking for somebody friendly or happy to ask if your mobile order is ready this is not the right place to go. I’ve been here numerous times. This is not just a one off.

I was very impressed with this Starbucks. The staff was super sweet, didn't feel rushed and actual really felt welcomed in the store. My drink was made correct and tasted delicious. Thank you team for providing such a great experience.
They covered all the outlets in the building so there is no where to charge devices. If you are some like me that goes to study, go somewhere else and spend your money at a less greedy location.
biggest JOKE of a Starbucks in history. They covered the outlets so you cannot charge! The staff make some LAME excuse as to why. Clueless girls here just horrible
The restaurant had extremely slow service. The establishment appeared dirty and the employees were constantly on their phones. Overall, not a good experience.

I recently stopped by to charge my phone in a pinch, but unfortunately all the outlets were blocked by empty face plates. Disappointing.
Blocking one of the 2 bathrooms for employees as customers are pigs is disrespectful. Why should there be a long line because of this!!
