I was here to pickup an order I placed on the app. Upon arrival, this tall white lady with glasses asked me to go bring my phone, then she asked me twice to show my order. I mean why would someone just walk in n say they've ordered. She also tried to judge me and kept asking for my phone, probably because I was the only non-white Canadian there. I mean, wake up Karen! We're in 2023!! Such a sheer disappointment and waste of my lunch hours especially to pick up one item!
Newly opened in Stouffville, this restaurant is a clean and inviting place to relax with a cup of coffee. I recently enjoyed their foam caramel cinnamon macchiato and cold brew, both of which were delightful; the macchiato was like having a dessert in a cup. If you're planning to work on your laptop, be sure to come with it fully charged, as several outlets were not functioning, which is surprising for a brand-new establishment.
Worst customer service today. I go here often. They made me absolutely horrendous drink. I went in to switch my drink, they refused to switch it. Made me a new one and made me pay for it. So essentially I spent 12$ on a coffee. The lady in charge waspretty intolerant to what I had to say. I was smiling the whole time and she was pretty much at me. Definitely not going hereanymore.
I received fast and friendly service during my visit. The coffee was crafted with great care and attention to detail. Outrageous UPCHARGE for requesting no ice especially when we did not want fruit for a Strawberry Refresher drink!!! Why does this store charge extra for no ice drinks? Teach your employees common sense or is this a management decision? Never had this Happen at other Starbucks stores.
If you want your Starbucks fix, this is the closest place around unless you go into Markham. As a result it’s super busy, but quite spacious.Had to have the first annual PSL today and it was prepared well.Excellent coffee, and lattes! But you knew that already
I have NEVER had a bad experience with this location. The girls that work the morning shift during the week are THE BEST. I cannot be more happy to be a customer of this location. Thank you!
