I travel frequently for work, which gives me the chance to visit many Starbucks locations. This particular spot has become one of my favorite places to work outside of my office. The staff here is fantastic and friendly, and their customer service is among the best I've encountered. Despite how busy they are with cleaning, they will still bring my food and drink over to my table while I’m working on my laptop. It may seem like a small gesture, but those "little things" really matter to me. I’ve visited all the Starbucks nearby, but if you find yourself in the San Gabriel Valley and need to stop at one, this is the place to go. Plus, they have a drive-thru! The service was quick, and I appreciated that they were eager to get me my drink. As someone who enjoys interacting with people, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly upon my arrival. However, it seemed like the baristas were more focused on getting customers in and out rather than trying to upsell additional items to go with my tea. To be fair, it was near the end of their shift, so they might have been ready to wrap things up for the day. Nonetheless, the drink itself was great. I'll definitely return to see if the positive atmosphere is more prevalent during my next visit.
