I had never been to Starbucks before, but I visited this location on Monday. There was a female and a male staff member—unfortunately, I didn’t get their names—who provided exceptional customer service and really went out of their way to help me select a drink that fit my mood. I left with a great first impression. I loved my drink, appreciated the excellent service, and I definitely plan to come back!
The barista noticed the long line and quickly paused what he was doing. He went to the back to get extra help and had my drink ready in just five minutes. Excellent service!
