I truly admire the staff who consistently show up for work, even when they are short-staffed. You might notice that your favorite latte doesn't always look perfect, but during those times, it's essential to be patient and appreciative of those working hard. Overall, I had a positive experience. I would have given it five stars, but unfortunately, there was a lack of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap in the bathroom.
I inquired about their Sumatra coffee, but the staff member misunderstood me and thought I was asking for Sriracha, which was somewhat amusing. However, it’s a bit frustrating that some Starbucks locations don't carry Sumatra or that some employees aren't familiar with it. Shouldn't all locations have their complete menu available? It's like going to McDonald's for a Big Mac and being told, 'What’s a Big Mac?'
The drive-thru at Starbucks was remarkably efficient. They made my coffee exactly how I requested. This is definitely one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Its central location is a significant advantage. The staff seems to work together seamlessly. Even though there was a long line, I was pleasantly surprised to get served in just 5 to 10 minutes. Great job, Starbucks!
