My friend comes here to do homework and drink coffee alot and when I joined, he practically knew half the staff by name lol the staff was super friendly and just from over hearing, they know most customers by name and have memorized orders. They are nice, and sweet, and the coffee here is fantastic. I'm not too familiar with coffee shops so the people that helped me walked me through the menu which was really nice and offered me stuff to try. They all talk at a whisper unless taking someone's order which keeps a very peaceful ambiance. The whole place was clean and smelled amazing.
Hello everyone, I want to share my thoughts on this place. I think it's unacceptable to pay $4 for a cup of coffee; it's simply overpriced. The gender-neutral bathrooms only have separate men's and women's restrooms, which seems confusing. I really wouldn't recommend coming here—Wawa has much better coffee and a wider variety of drinks. Honestly, Starbucks feels very out of touch with its customers, and the prices are just too high. I suggest you avoid this place altogether. Thanks for listening, Tony out.
The restaurant has a fantastic location, outstanding service, tasty drinks, and a welcoming staff. It tends to get busy, and the parking lot and surrounding area are somewhat restricted. While there is a drive-thru available, it can feel cramped if there's a wait. At times, the service may be a bit slower, possibly due to staffing issues or other reasons. Nevertheless, I have no complaints about the quality of the drinks; they are absolutely delicious.
I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, but they informed me they were out of the 'crunch' topping and asked if I would mind trying the cookie crumble instead. I agreed, and I didn't regret my decision at all! The cookie crumble turned out to be a completely different experience from what I had initially ordered. It stands out on its own. I did not have a great experience at this restaurant. To begin with, my bagel was burnt, so I asked for a replacement. I spoke with the manager, whom I believe was named Megan, and everything seemed fine until I overheard her speaking negatively about her employees to another barista and myself. This unprofessional behavior was disappointing, and because of that, I won’t be coming back. It's important to appreciate your employees.
The Frappuccino was just average. They no longer use caramel sprinkles, and I really miss them! Unfortunately, the indoor seating isn't open yet, which was an issue for me today since I went there to work. I sat outside for a bit, but it's Florida, and it's hot and humid. Also, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, which is a major problem. On a positive note, the staff was fantastic as always!
I wouldn't recommend using DoorDash for orders from this restaurant. They have consistently messed up my orders, even after I tried to give them another chance. If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would.

I'm quite disappointed. I ordered a tall pumpkin spice latte and paid $7.15, but I received a small cup instead. This is the second time this has happened to me.
