I was surprised that it took me over 5 minutes to receive a tall black coffee (which I had to ask for twice) at this restaurant. The staff could benefit from customer service training, as they seemed to prioritize online orders over in-person customers. The process of getting my coffee seemed unnecessarily complicated, as all the young lady had to do was turn around and pour it. Additionally, I observed another customer receiving their coffee before me, even though they arrived after me. To add to the confusion, I received my Bagel before my coffee. In the future, I will stick to the Starbucks on Imperial Ave, where the staff are friendly and attentive to their customers.
I ordered two drinks and had to wait 20 minutes in the restaurant. I'm not sure how they prioritize their orders, but it seemed like they were focusing more on drive-through orders rather than in-store walk-ins. It appeared that they were separating drive-through and in-store orders, causing delays for those dining in. In my opinion, customers inside should be served in the order they arrive, rather than being pushed aside for drive-through customers.
Went to this Starbucks on the way home. They never made my order! Never apologized for the issue! Waited 15 plus mins, two people after I had ordered my drink, got their drinks first! This place is terrible. Never coming back again!. They're like we're backed up! Ok but why are two people after I ordered getting their drinks first. Very unprofessional and terrible service.
Closed for the day but yet they charged my online order. When I called they said they were short staffed and needed to close. They aren't able to refund my purchase. The first time I visited this branch and although there were no people, the cleaning was very bad, even the tables were dirty and no employee came out to attend to that. The service is good but somewhat rushed.
The service at this restaurant is awful. I waited for 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, and it seems like they don't have enough staff.
I have nothing to do with sb, their political beliefs are just horrific, the way the treat LEOs, they WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY!
