The restaurant is well-organized and operates smoothly, providing quick service whether you order in person or via a mobile app. While there is no indoor seating, you can enjoy outdoor seating on three sides of the building or opt for takeout. All visitors are required to wear masks upon entry, and the baristas are positioned behind tall plexiglass barriers for safety. The venue also has clearly marked walkways and waiting areas to ensure social distancing between customers and staff.
I really appreciated the sign that promoted kindness and friendliness to others. The restaurant truly embodied that spirit, thanks to the welcoming staff and exceptional service. Despite the busy drive-thru, I found it was faster to go inside. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options, which are spaced out and easy to reach. Overall, it’s a well-managed little spot with fantastic personnel.
The restaurant has a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. However, they should consider expanding the pickup area to facilitate easier collection of drinks for customers who have placed online orders, as the current setup often leads to lines. While the staff could benefit from being a bit friendlier, the food and coffee are exceptional—I particularly enjoy their cold coffee!
I received the wrong sandwich again, and it didn't include the sriracha sauce I requested in the app. This is the third time I've experienced this issue. This is the only Starbucks I've come across that actually sells mugs! I can understand why they usually don't promote it, though, haha. But that's fine; I don't think anyone visits Starbucks for their artisanal skills. The coffee tasted just like it always does, but somehow a bit better because it was served in a mug.
One of the morning staff members always seems to wear a permanent scowl. While she is polite to male customers, she comes off as cold to female patrons. It's important for those in customer service to leave their personal issues at the door.
This Starbucks has six staff members behind the counter who appear busy but are neglecting the customers in line. It feels disorganized and lacks a customer-focused approach.
