I was quite disappointed with the service at this location. The barista was slow and seemed unfriendly, lacking enthusiasm for her job. I attempted to make small talk, but she didn't engage at all. When I inquired about the loyalty rewards program, she looked confused. I also asked for a receipt, which prompted a noticeable sigh from her. It seems this employee might be better suited for a position with minimal public interaction—perhaps something like picking up dog waste would be a better fit. Overall, I was unimpressed and wish I had driven the extra three miles to visit a different Starbucks.
