I have been enjoying caramel macchiatos for over a decade, but this was the first time I received a cup of milk with coffee drops instead. This was my first visit to this café, and I believe they need to train their staff on how to make a proper coffee, especially considering the high price they charge - more than $5 for essentially a cup of milk. Disappointed, I ended up purchasing an iced frappuccino with a hint of earthy flavor, but they ran out of the bottles and could only offer me a mix of milk and water. The staff seemed confused and unable to find a suitable substitute. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the quality of the beverages served at this establishment.

It was my first visit to this particular store, and it seems that they need to better train their employees on how to make a proper coffee, especially considering the high prices they charge. I ended up throwing it away and opting for a strawberry frappuccino instead. Unfortunately, they were out of strawberry flavoring and could only offer me a concoction of milk, ice, and water. It was a letdown to see that they were primarily selling milk rather than quality drinks.
I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The woman who handled my order was rude and made a mistake with my order. When I received my cup, it was double cupped because it was leaking, causing coffee to spill all over my hands. I had to clean up the mess and wash my hands as a result. Luckily, the coffee tasted good. I hope the employee, Jeanne, can learn from this experience and improve her customer service skills.
Unfortunately, the woman who took our order was not very attentive or polite. When I received my cup, it was dirty with coffee stains and I had to clean it before using it. Thankfully, the coffee itself tasted good, or else I would have returned it. Jeanne was the cashier. I hope she can improve her customer service skills and learn from her mistakes.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic, but the coffee is terrible unless you enjoy milkshakes. I would give 5 points for the staff and only 1 point for the black coffee, which averages out to a total of 3 points.
This location has posted hours that say they are open until 9. This is not true. They consistently close early-like a FULL HOUR earlier than stated. Totally unprofessional.
All coffees and Frappuccino’s blended deliciously and served by very friendly and helpful baristas.
