The highlights of this store are undoubtedly the partners who are doing their best to keep it afloat. As someone who was a partner here for four years, it truly pains me to witness how far this location has declined. With 15 partners gone, how many more will follow? The store functioned significantly better before the original store manager departed. Nowadays, neither partners nor customers enjoy the authentic Starbucks experience, largely due to the current manager's negative attitude, condescending behavior towards partners, and lack of respect for her team. These hardworking partners deserve so much more.
The service and product at this location are typically average. Today, I ordered a hot apple crisp drink, and an iced version was made instead. The young lady who both took my order and subsequently made my drink seemed annoyed that I pointed out her mistake with my order and offered no apology upon correcting her mistake. Just laid the drink down with no acknowledgment or apology. Looks like they 're shorthanded and/or undertrained at this location.
This girl who took our order sounded like a bored, didn't want to be bothered teenager. We usually have a good experience with Starbucks employees most of them friendly. But this one stuck out like a splinter in a finger. Where's the customer service? You're making your store look bad.... This short review is based on our drive thru experience on 12/08/16 around 5:30 pm.
This is a great Starbucks good location, lots of tables for studying, reading or meeting up with friends. The staff are very friendly and patient. My husband and I stopped here for a study date and we were able to get a lot of work done as there is such a pleasant ambiance at this location. I recommend stopping by this location if you are in the area.

I spoke with Taisha, the manager, about the fly infestation both inside the bakery area and around the restaurant. We genuinely want this location to succeed. Please let me know when the issue has been resolved, and I will update my review accordingly.
My experience today not good. 1pm ordered venti quad Carmel macchiato with mocha. Did not have 4 shots of espresso. This is so disappointing and expensive. Did not know until later. Had the exact same drink at a different Starbucks and it was perfect.

Totally excellent location! New manager has turned the place around! Friendly baristas and great drinks. Lauren good job! It proves that good management is key.
