I’m a pretty regular customer here, as I stop here almost every day for lunch while I am working. However at this visit, I placed a pickup order through the drive through like I normally do as I’m leaving work which is about 5 minutes away from this Starbucks. When I came to the window, an old woman.. I’m assuming the manager came to the window to let me know I really need to wait the estimated pick up time because it doesn’t work like that. I said back to her “ oh, I’m sorry I thought by me putting this in a head of time would be easier then me pulling though the drive through and ordering the same exact thing?” She responded back with no, you’re not giving us enough time, you need to wait...
