I had an amazing experience with Zach today. I needed assistance with 27 gift cards—yes, 27! He was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Instead of getting annoyed, he was friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my request. His teammates also pitched in to assist the other customers, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. To top it off, Zach recommended one of his favorite drinks since I’m not a regular Starbucks customer (I know, shocking!), and it was fantastic. I’ll definitely be stopping by for a drink next time I visit the Target location.
