if I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was an hour last night before I left. the woman was clean and when she saw me, she looked at her watch to show that she didn't appreciate me that I was there (an hour) before closing. then she left me waiting for a few minutes while she was still clean. When she finally took my order, she rolled her eyes and asked very rudely what I wanted. She then arranged me in the middle to tell me that she couldn't make my drink the way I wanted. she hurried to make the drink, it gave me without saying a word, and stormed away. do not start cleaning and preparation to close an entire hour before their shift is over. they will not order mad at customers for an hour be...
On July 21st, 2020, the waitress working at the restaurant tonight refused to serve me, claiming they were closed at 8:45 pm. She was also wearing her mask incorrectly, with it only covering her chin. This was unprofessional and concerning for safety reasons. The staff at this establishment seems eager to leave work early, using excuses like cleaning the machines 30-45 minutes before closing as a reason for not providing service.
Today, on Red Cup Day, I visited the Starbucks in Krogers. I was met with a rude attitude from the staff member who seemed annoyed when I needed a moment to decide on my order, even though there was no one else in line behind me. The staff also failed to give me a red cup until I specifically asked for one. After this experience, I have decided not to return to this Starbucks location.

Everyone at the restaurant is great, but there is one barista named Waylon who always makes my drink whenever I visit. I go in about three times a week and I have been consistently disappointed with his service. I would recommend avoiding going when he is working. As of now, I am drinking a milk beverage instead of my usual caramel frappe.
Good morning! If you're like me, you've probably been to Dieuck's near Home Depot in Alvin. Despite some negative reviews, I have to give a positive shoutout to Dieuck's. They are always busy but manage to remain polite, professional, and positive. Keep up the great work!
